Deadlines

  • 06.01.17  Registration deadline incl. abstract submission for poster and oral presentations. A maximum of 60 participants will be considered on a first come, fist serve basis.
  • 21.12.16  Notification of acceptance
  • 07.01.17  Publication of full program on the website
  • 27.-29.01.17 Swiss Snow Symposium

Contributions of participants

Any contribution (poster or talk) is totally volunteer and not mandatory for the participation at the SwissSnowSymposium.

Participants fees

  • SCS Members: 180.00 CHF (+VAT)
  • Non-Members:  250.00 CHF (+VAT)
  • Invited Speakers: Free

Cancellation conditions

  • If a participant is not able to attend, the registration can be transferred to another person. However an admin fee of CHF 50.00 has to be paid if the cancellation is announced after December 16.
  • For cancellations after December 16 without presenting a replacement, 50% of the fee has to be paid.
  • Cancellations after January 15 as well as no-shows will be charged with the full fee. The fee has not to be paid if the participant presents a medical certificate showing the a participation is/was not reasonable.
